I have been delivering therapies for over fifteen years, starting with my first holistic therapy course in Indian Head Massage, at Solihull College. Although my degree is in computing, I realised very early that I wanted help people become better within themselves.
I started delivering treatments as a corporate therapist, working in office environments supporting the wellbeing of staff, using a treatment known as Seated Accupressure Massage a short 15/20 minute energiser for staff.
Over the years I studied and qualified in more than ten different therapies because I believe every body is unique. Some people respond better to physical touch therapies like massage and reflexology, others may need a lighter touch therapy like Emmett Technique and Reiki. I tailor the session to you to give you the best possible outcome.
